Description

Simple to set up, easy to adapt, reliable

The Formula Nebbia is Formula's first air shock, built on the same know-how as the MOD coil shock. A coil and air hybrid negative spring combined with a bladder oil reservoir gives fine sensitivity and grip, while volume spacers make mid- and end-stroke tuning quick and easy.

It's designed to work on every bike from short-travel trail to downhill. Change the stroke without tools using clip-in 2.5, 5 or 7.5mm spacers, and use the wide rebound range plus Formula's Compression Tuning System (CTS) to suit any frame - no custom shock tune required. Named after the mist, it's engineered to disappear beneath you.

Sizes

  • Standard: 190, 210, 230, 250mm eye-to-eye
  • Trunnion: 165, 185, 205, 225mm
  • Each size covers several strokes with the included reducers (e.g. 230x57.5-65)

Getting the right setup

Formula shocks don't need a custom tune for your frame: the Compression Tuning System (CTS) valves and the wide adjustment range let you dial them in yourself. What you do need to get right is the size, the spring and the mounting hardware. Send us your bike (model and year), shock size and your riding weight (with gear) and we'll confirm the shock size, spring rate and hardware before we order.
