Nothing new, apart from everything

Ingrid spent four years on the RD1, changing every part at least ten times and weighing up electronic versus mechanical before deciding they'd nailed "the mech". The body is CNC-machined 7075 combined with 3D-printed PA12 parts, and every single part is replaceable.

The clever bit is how widely it works. Swap the small "fin" (the cable-pull interface) and the RD1 runs with 11 or 12-speed shifters from Campagnolo (including Ekar), SRAM, Shimano, Ratio and Ingrid's own TTS, flat bar or drop bar. Pick a short cage (up to 46T) or long cage (up to 52T) to match your cassette.

Setting up your RD1
