The Restrap Saddle Bag 8L uses Restrap's holster system: a hard-case holster that straps to your seatpost and saddle rails, and an 8 litre dry bag that loads in from the front. No mounts or screws are needed, so it fits in seconds on almost any bike.

The dry bag is secured with a Fidlock magnetic buckle, which is easy to adjust even with gloves on.
