Stan's DART fixes punctures and slices that are too big for sealant alone. The woven, laser-cut DART is treated with a reactive solution that bonds with the sealant inside your tyre, forming both a mechanical and chemical seal. Its flexible shape conforms to jagged, uneven holes rather than just plugging a round one.

Pick your tool:

  • Original DART Tool: the classic, now with an updated stainless steel insertion rod, two DARTs ready to go under clear screw-off caps, and a Presta valve core tool moulded into the base for sealant top-ups.
  • Incredible DART Tool: Stan's teamed up with Daysaver in Switzerland on a 27g, CNC-machined 6061-T6 alloy version with a spring-loaded arm that snaps the DART into position. Comes with 3 DART heads and stows in a pocket, pack, or your handlebar.
  • Incredible DART Handlebar Mount: a 9g alloy mount that hides the Incredible DART (or other Daysaver Incredible tools) inside your bar end.
  • DART Refill Pack: replacement DARTs for both the Original and Incredible DART tools, in a resealable, biodegradable pack.
